The Dean of Admission, Registration and Student Affairs shall: • Provide leadership and oversight of admission, registration, and student affairs functions, ensuring alignment with university strategy, academic standards, and regulatory requirements; and develop, review, and recommend related policies, procedures, and operational guidelines for approval by competent university authorities. • Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans and key performance indicators for admissions, registration, and student affairs, ensuring effective implementation of strategic initiatives; and submit periodic performance reports to university leadership. • Supervise university-wide admission and enrollment processes, academic registration systems, and student record management to ensure accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of data. • Oversee academic scheduling functions, including course offerings, examination arrangements, and university-wide timetable management. • Coordinate student academic services, including advising frameworks, student progression monitoring, academic support mechanisms, and student academic standing processes covering probation, suspension, dismissal, and appeal procedures in accordance with university regulations. • Lead student development and welfare initiatives, including counseling services, career guidance, alumni engagement, scholarship administration, student service benefits, and campus life enhancement, while promoting ethical conduct and collaborating with relevant university entities. • Coordinate with the Ministry of Education, relevant regulatory bodies, and the University's campuses to ensure compliance, alignment, and effective implementation of policies and procedures. • Perform any other duties assigned by ADVCAAR consistent with the nature and scope of the position.
