1. Performing the tasks of the Practicum Coordinator.
2. Follow daily administrative work for the line manager and provide him with the necessary pleadings about appointments and tasks associated with it.
3. Prepare, execute and supervise the ordinary-level of correspondence, letters and circulars related to the employee information.
4. Assist in arranging meetings with HoDs, Deans and Directors.
5. Assist in communication between the Line Manager and the employees.
6. Communicate with Deans, Directors, HoDs, employees etc. when and as required e.g. posting notices on the Notice Boards or mailing the circular to all employees.
7. Monitors all relevant documents and ensure they are updated and error-free.
8. Review of documents, reports and correspondence, extracts of which work directly responsible to inform them and work statements and tables that show the basic information about the relevant topic.
9. Prepare minutes of meetings.
10. Follow-up and preparation of monthly and periodic reports required.
11. Maintenance of files and documents related to the department.
12. Assist in photocopying documents when and as required.
13. Any other related tasks assigned by line manager, and the college Dean.
