Responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting physical or psychological wellbeing of patients and restoring their health through application of nursing process.

1. Performing physical examination and history taking. 2. Assessing the patients who arrive in the sick bay and arrange doctor's appointment or, if appropriate, administer over the counter medication if required. 3. Deciding on the right course of action for patients. 4. Responding to medical/health problems presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate. 5. Promoting health and well-being through the use of health promotion and health education to students and staff. 6. Organizing preventative medical programs for individual patients in coordination with the Doctor. 7. Maintaining patients' records using ERP System. 8. Participate in vaccination program in coordination with other health sectors. 9. Keeping account of Medicine stock and reordering as required within a budget. 10. Ability to work in a shift-based system, including morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays, based on the nature of work needs. 11. Periodic inspection of medical equipment and health safety requirements within the ambulance 12. Any other related duties assigned by the Line Manager.

• Practicing nurse who has not been away from nursing for more than one year. • 3+ years of Nursing experience in a reputed Hospital / Clinic in an Accident and Emergency department.

• Skilled in doing physical examination and history taking • Ability to administer prescribed medication • Ability to insert Intravenous canula and administer intravenous fluids. • Up to date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues. • Ability to communicate in Arabic and English. • Skilful in MS Office applications.

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma program in nursing. • Passed IV therapy courses will be an added advantage • Valid nursing practice license
