The Research Assistant will be responsible for Data Analysis Clean up and organize the data collected, Review collected data to ensure all data is completed. And help with the documentation required for research reports. In addition to that, the interpretation and comparison with previous studies in literature will be conducted by the Research assistant.

• To assist the Principal Investigator (PI) of the project in achieving the aims and goals of the research, including:
• Data Analysis Clean up and organize the data collected
• Review collected data to ensure all data is completed. 
• Help with the documentation required for research reports.

Help in statistical analysis of the collected data

• o Minimum 1 year of experience in fieldwork.
  o Experienced in laboratory data collection, audit analysis, and quality improvement activities to support operational and performance excellence
  o Monitor data collection to ensure it is complete and accurate.
  o Data Analysis Clean up and organize the data collected. 
  o Analyze data using the SPSS software. 
  o Interpret and compare with previous studies in literature.

• o An ability to develop and maintain a research program and to publish in international journals.
  o Excellent background  in laboratory techniques.
  o Competence in IT skills
  o Self-motivation with minimal supervision.
  o Ability to show leadership in outreach activities.

A bachelor's degree (BSc) in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Hematology or a closely related field.
