The Research Assistant in Evaluations and Measurements will primarily support the research efforts of the principal investigator in a funded research project. This role involves conducting literature reviews, gathering and analyzing data, assisting in developing research proposals, and contributing to disseminating research findings through publications and presentations.

1. Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to gather relevant information and identify gaps in existing research.
2. Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research methodologies and statistical techniques.
3. Research Proposal Development: Collaborate with senior researchers to develop research proposals, including formulating research questions, designing methodologies, and outlining project timelines and deliverables.
4. Publication Support: Contribute to the writing and editing of research papers, reports, and presentations for publication in academic journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly outlets.
5. Project Coordination: Coordinate research activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging participant recruitment, managing research databases, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and research protocols.

Candidates should have suitable experience in academic research or applied research settings. This may include experience as a research assistant, postdoctoral researcher, or similar role within academia or industry.

1. Advanced knowledge of theories, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to Evaluations and Measurements.
2. Knowledge in research design, data collection, and analysis techniques.
3. Familiarity with academic publishing standards and conventions.
4. Fluent in English(preferable).
 

1. PhD/Master’s in teaching Evaluations and Measurements or a related field.
2. Prior experience in Evaluations and Measurements.
3. Publication Track Record (preferable).
4. Strong academic background focuses on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
5. Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, AMOS, SMARTPLS) and qualitative data analysis tools (e.g., NVivo).
6. Grant Writing Experience (Preferable): Proven experience in preparing and submitting research grant proposals, with a successful track record in securing funding—highly beneficial for supporting institutional projects.
