This position is responsible for ensuring that projects and maintenance work are completed on time, within budget, and according to the requirements and quality standards, as well as performing a variety of technical tasks associated with facility management. 

1. Manage various aspects of the works in the campus and dormitory, such as maintenance, projects, and general services, on a day-to-day basis.
2. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations related to the facilities maintenance of campus buildings and dormitories as well as performing regular inspections.
3. Conducts periodic reviews of the preventive maintenance program and recommends enhancements where necessary to optimize the program.
4. Prepare RFPs for projects.
5. Provide technical evaluations of projects & services and oversee the execution of these evaluations.
6. Participate in the review of the tender documents prepared by the External Consultants for major projects and provide comments.
7. Reviews, comments, and approval of contractor's submittals, invoices, variation orders, closing documents of a project, etc., prior to closing the job.
8. Assist with the supervision and management of projects that are carried out by outside contractors to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the university's standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, in accordance with the nature and responsibilities of this position. 

2 years of relevant experience in Construction and Project management of buildings and infrastructures.

4. Possess good interpersonal skills. 
5. Excellent communication and computer skills including AutoCAD 
6. Fluent in both Arabic & English.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an Accredited University.
