IT Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software. 

IT Technician performs a wide range of duties as mentioned below:

1. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access.
2. Respond to user questions and explain the operation of network applications and equipment.
3. Provide the service in an effective and efficient manner.
4. Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation. 
5. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
6. Installing hardware and software in PC’s.
7. Maintaining or repairing equipment’s.
8. Troubleshooting a variety of computers, photocopiers, projectors, printers and AV system issues.
9. Setting up computer security measures.
10. Configuring computer in network.
11. Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
12. Managing computer labs
13. Provide assistance for Online interviews
14. Provide assistance in auditorium for technical support

Any other related tasks assigned by line manager.

Fresh graduate 

1. Working knowledge in computer hardware and software systems.
2. Working knowledge in computer networks, network administration and installation.
3. Working knowledge in computer troubleshooting
4. Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks.
5. Analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Strong IT Skills

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Bachelor degree from an accredited university in IT or Computer Science or related field.
