Short-term basis research work as per requirement for project related works. The project is related to the electrochemical oxidation process for carwash wastewater treatment.

To assist the Principal Investigator (PI) of the project in achieving the following objectives: 

• Wastewater sample collection from carwash stations.
• Carry out the related Physico-chemical and biological wastewater analysis.
• Experimental setup and measurements.
• Data analysis. 

Write the results as scientific papers to be submitted to international journals.

• The candidate must have a strong research background in wastewater treatment with a focus on  electrochemical oxidation with excellent publication record in high impact factor journals.
• Demonstrated strong hands-on wet chemistry skills and sample preparation knowledge. 

The candidate must have the following skills and attributes: 

• Excellent publication record with the ability to publish journal papers in high impact factor journals.
• Excellent background in electrochemical oxidation.
• Preparation of materials for our adjustment.
• Excellent modelling and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Word or MS Excel.
• Self-motivation with minimal supervision.

• The candidate should have PhD/MSc. in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Wastewater treatment and have good knowledge in electrochemical oxidation or related discipline.

Published first-authored primary research paper(s) in internationally recognized journals.
