- Receive all customer calls.
- Respond to all internal and external customers queries
- Liaison with all relevant ASU departments.
- Support and respond to A&R counter visitors queries and directing to the relevant department.
Any other related duties assigned by line manager.
Experience
Two years in related field is preferable.
Skills
Good communication and computer skills.
Fluent in Arabic and good English.
Qualification
College Diploma or General Education Diploma (preferred college diploma with IT background)
