Job Function
This position assesses University-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance performance.
Responsibilities
Performance Management System:
- Administrate and champion the whole Performance Management System.
- Champion the whole process of performance appraisal.
- Prepare the intended reports and documentations for performance rewarding.
Talent and Competence Management:
- Administrate Competence Framework Forms and ensure well implementation for it.
Learning and Development:
- Identifying Training Needs for employees from Performance Appraisals
- Prepare a consolidated Training Need Analysis (TNA) report for the University.
- Develop a training road map keeping in view the TNA report.
- Analyze & shortlist the training institutes that can cater the University’s training requirements.
- Liaise with training providers to ensure that the curriculums design and course customization as per the TNA.
- Update all training records in HRMS/Training Log & Personal Files.
- Coordinating with Finance department for timely payments to the trainer’s / training institutions.
- Measuring training effectiveness immediately after the training sessions.
- Administrate and organize students’ internship programs.
Other Duties:
- Providing advice and support to line managers on all employment practice issues, ensuring that this advice constitutes good practice and in line with current university legislation.
- To assist in the review and development of new and revised employment policies and procedures relevant to current employment legislation that actively supports the aims of the University and also ensuring that it fits within the University culture.
- Support HR Team in other different HR matters when requested by Line manager.
Other related duties assigned by Line Manager.
Experience
2 years’ experience (preferable) in the relevant or closely related field.

- Excellent understanding of Training Need analysis,
- Training design & Execution
- Analytical and logical skills.
- Effective Communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Qualification
Bachelor degree from an accredited university in Human Resource or related field. Any Training Related Certification is a plus
